This privacy policy covers all processing of personal data that Zoom Film Aps collects and processes about our customers.
Zoom Film is the overall data controller and all inquiries must be made at: info@zoom-film.dk.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSES?

In order to create video, 3D animation and digital solutions such as video, film strategies, campaigns, commercials or other, Zoom Film needs to collect personal information from customers.
Zoom Film takes care of this personal information.
When you as a customer visit our website, we automatically collect information about you.
For example, the type of browser you use as a customer, the search terms you use on the website, your IP address and information about your computer in order to optimize the conversion on the website, improve it and carry out targeted marketing.
When you as a customer sign up for Zoom Film’s newsletter, you consent to us collecting your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
In connection with your subscription to Zoom Film’s newsletter, it will be used for direct marketing, including news about movies, news and much more.

2. THE PURPOSE FOR COLLECTING DATA

The collection of information is necessary for us to safeguard our interests in improving www.zoom-film.dk and at the same time offer our customers relevant news.
The collection of personal information about customers is necessary for us to fulfill our agreement between Zoom Film and the customer.
(Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
We only collect the information that the customer consents to when signing up for our newsletter.

3. DATA PROCESSOR

Zoom Film uses external companies to, among other things, carry out the technical operation of the website.
We automatically enter into a data processing agreement between our external partners.
The data processors may not use the data for any purpose other than to help Zoom Film.

4. INFORMATION YOU PROVIDE YOURSELF

In addition to the data collected automatically, we also process data that the customer provides us with.
This can for example be data such as: website contact forms, information you share with us via social media or information sent by email.

5. YOUR RIGHTS AS A CUSTOMER

When we process data about you as a customer, you always have the following rights: You will be given insight into what data Zoom Film Aps processes for you. You can at any time request Zoom Film to rebuke certain types of information. If you believe you find information that has not been processed correctly, you can contact the Danish Data Protection Agency at www.datatilsynet.dk. Your security: According to the new GDPR law, your personal information must be stored securely and confidentially in our database and not passed on to third parties.

6. WHO HAS ACCESS TO THIS PERSONAL DATA?

Your data will be processed by employees of Zoom Film Aps for the purposes set out in point.

Your personal data will be deleted after 5 years based on email communication and saved emails about previous collaboration.
*Please note that Zoom Film does not delete the newsletter directory, as the customer has the option to unsubscribe on their own.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT UPON REQUEST

When you enter into a collaboration with Zoom Film, you can have a confidentiality agreement drawn up, which protects your information when we process the assignment.
We will also send you a data processing agreement where Zoom Film Aps will appear as data processor.
This will be done to ensure you as a customer, as we care about high security and good cooperation.

8. LEGITIMATE PURPOSE OF EMAILS AND COLLABORATION

Zoom Film will write to the customer with the purpose of helping the individual company.
Here, emails will be processed and deleted after use.
We will make sure to protect emails and data by deleting directly.
However, data will not be deleted unless a collaboration is agreed upon.
All our emails will automatically be deleted after 5 years in our database.
However, the subscriber of our newsletter will be saved if the customer wishes to receive newsletters from us.
