Case: Sønderborg Senior Living Community

Sønderborg Seniorbofællesskab is a new apartment complex under construction at the harbor in Sønderborg.
When completed, it will consist of three buildings with five, six and seven floors respectively, containing both apartments and other activities.
In collaboration with Bitten & Mads Clausens Fonden, Danbolig Sønderborg v.
Kent Freiberg and Reklamehuset to produce a visualization film that aims to show what the building will look like and where it will be located.
This is an advertising film that is made using both moving images and 3D animations.
In the existing show apartments, we shot some footage to show an example of an apartment, the view from there, etc. What we didn’t have the opportunity to film in reality, we visualized in 3D animations.
This includes a workshop, fitness room and shared kitchen.
We focus on the homes, but just as much on the associated activities and the community that comes with the package of living in the homes.
In addition, we also emphasize the surrounding area.
The commercial aims to create interest and awareness of Sønderborg Seniorbofællesskab, which is supported by the real estate agent’s information throughout and the various shots.
